YES! All vendors must send items via a trackable and insured delivery service. This means that every order can be tracked all the way from dispatch to your front door.

All products purchased on the Kinky Panda marketplace are shipped in discreet, plain envelopes and boxes. Our company name does not appear anywhere on the outside of the packaging and neither do our vendors so no one will know what is inside the box/envelope.

Most orders will be shipped out on the day you order them, each vendor will supply their shipping timescales within their shop policy descriptions so you can always be sure their service is right for you before making your purchase.
All vendors aim to ship standard delivery packages in the timescales stated but at really busy times there could be delays, you will however be notified of this by the vendor before the order is processed meaning you are able to cancel if the timescale offered is not suitable for you.
Yes, a lot of our vendors do offer specific weekend delivery. If it is available it will be listed in the 'shipping options' tab for the product. You can select this option at the checkout if it is available and have any item ordered delivered to you on the weekend.
Usually, yes. If you are returning an item within 14 days because you don't want it and would like an exchange then please refer to our returns policy. The item MUST be unopened and unused and there are certain items are non-returnable so be sure to contact the vendor in the first instance as ineligible items will be returned to the customer and P&P will be charged in these circumstances. When returning an eligible item, you must pay your own P&P and ensure its safe return. We suggest using a recorded delivery method for this.
If you are returning an item for an exchange due to a fault the vendor will send you a FREEPOST address for the item or refund the cost of returning the item. Please contact the vendor via the messaging system for further information.
