All items ordered before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. We will try to dispatch any orders made after after this time on the same but there is no guarantee. If they do not make it out the same day they will be sent the next working day.
All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. FREE DELIVERY is available on all orders from Lüber. Items using this option will be sent by second class RoyalMail signed for and will take 5-7 working days to arrive. You may upgrade to a next day paid for service in checkout if you need your items sooner.
DELIVERY UPGRADE OPTIONS:
Royal Mail: If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Delivery takes 1-3 days depending on the service you select. Price depends on the weight of the items you have ordered but is stated clearly in your shopping basket.
DPD Courier: If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel then returns to us. Delivery takes 1-2 days depending on the service you select. Price depends on the weight of the items you have ordered but is stated clearly in your shopping basket.
DPD Saturday or Sunday: If you are not in when the parcel arrives they will keep the package at their local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel then returns to us. Delivery will be made on the following Saturday or Sunday depending on the service you select. Price depends on the weight of the items you have ordered but is stated clearly in your shopping basket.
Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Items which are returned MUST be fully sealed, unworn and unused in all their original packaging. Return costs must be covered by you, we recommend sending items via a signed for services as funds will not be released until the item is received and checked at our warehouse.

In the unusual event that you receive a faulty item please email us via the 'contact vendor' button within Kinky Panda and we will send you a FREEPOST address to return your item for a replacement. If the item received at the premises is found to have no fault it will be returned to you at your own cost and no replacement / refund will be available.
